Just after 6, a.m., on January 17, 2015, HCSO deputies along with agents from the Florida Division of  Alcohol Beverage and Tobacco conducted an inspection on a business known as "Till Dawn Bottle Club" located  at 8205 N Dale Mabry Hwy in Tampa.

This establishment is a licensed "bottled club" which allows patrons to bring in their own alcohol, but prohibits any sales of alcohol by it's employees.

The inspection occurred due to a recent undercover investigation that included the purchase of alcohol illegally sold by a bartender of the club, Walter Moncada Jr. and club manager, William Rich. Both men were charged with distributing alcohol illegally. William Rich was also charged with maintaining an establishment where alcoholic beverages are sold unlawfully. Rich and Moncada were Booked into the Orient Road Jail

When law enforcement personnel entered the club, Ferninand Martinez, the club's Head of Security was arrested when he was found in possession of cocaine, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a firearm while committing a felony. Martinez was booked into the Orient Road Jail.

One patron, Ed Ether Jr. was observed discarding to the floor a baggie containing 5 smaller bags of cocaine and 8 small bags of MDMA . He was charged with possession of cocaine w/intent to distribute and possession of amphetamines with intent to distribute. Ether was booked into the Orient Road Jail.

Other patrons discretely discarded to the floor 4 small baggies of marijuana, 3 marijuana cigarettes, 5 small baggies of cocaine and approximately 38 small baggies of MDMA.
