HCSO detectives have arrested Andrew Nicholas Cohen in connection to the robbery and shooting incident that occurred inside Citrus
Park Town Center on November 23, 2015.

On November 23, 2015 at approximately 6:45 pm, the unknown suspect approached the victim (sales associate) at Meher Jewelers wanting to purchase a necklace for his mother. The victim allowed the suspect to try on a necklace valued at several thousand dollars at which time the suspect fled westbound through the mall.
The victim chased the suspect on foot west and then north towards the mall side entrance of Dick's Sporting Good. At this point, the suspect turned and fired a single round towards the victim. The foot chase continued outside through the parking lot at which time the victim attempted to gain control of the suspect when a second shot was fired. The victim was able to retrieve the stolen necklace and the suspect fled the scene in what a witness described as a white in color, 4 door Hyundai Elantra. There were no reported injuries.
