    Crime Stopper Tip Leads To Arrest

    Suspect was already in jail for a Trespassing charge.

    UPDATE: A Crime Stoppers tip led to the identification of the suspect seen in the surveillance photos. Everett Johnson was already in a Hillsborough County jail for a Trespassing charge. Two counts of Grand Theft Third Degree were added on August 28, 2015.

    Previous Release 15-419:
    #1 – Black male, 50 – 60 years of age, 290 – 315 lbs., wearing a tan hat, blue and white stripped polo shirt and blue jeans.

    #2 – Black male, 45 – 60 years of age, 5'8” to 5'10”, 150 – 180 lbs. Wearing a yellow hat, white t-shirt, black long shorts and gray sneakers.

    White Ford single cab pick up, possibly a 2003.

    On June 26, 2015 at 5:51 pm, two black male suspects entered the Walmart Neighborhood Market, filled two shopping carts with approximately $500 worth of merchandise and exited the store without paying. The two suspects went directly to a white Ford single cab pick up and fled the area.

    Previous Release 15-426:
    Black male, 150-180 lbs., 5'8”-5'10”, last seen wearing a blue Under Armour t-shirt, blue jeans, Nike sneakers, a large watch on his left wrist, a dark hat with white letters.

    Suspect Vehicle:
    White, 4-door Honda Accord

    On July 14, 2015 at 3:52 p.m., a black male entered the Neighborhood Market by Walmart located at 4525 Gunn Hwy. in Tampa. He filled a shopping cart full of infant formula, worth approximately $965.00, and attempted to exit the store through the front entrance. When the door would not open, the suspect left the cart at the door and walked through the store's front exit. He then walked through the front entrance and retrieved the cart full of merchandise and walked out without paying for the items. The suspect left the scene in a white, 4-door Honda Accord.
