    Vehicle Burglaries

    Four people arrested for burglarizing vehicles.

    During the overnight hours between 9/12/15 and 9/13/15, the defendant and the co-defendants did unlawfully enter multiple vehicles in the Apollo Beach area. The burglaries occurred in the same vicinity during the same time frame. The defendants entered multiple vehicles.

    Among the items the defendant and co-defendants removed were a set of golf clubs, multiple pairs of sunglasses (Coach and Oakley), cigarettes, cigarette lighters, a gold Michael Kors watch, a silver Seiko watch, Smith & Wesson knife, and two wallets. The defendants were observed fleeing the area in a blue Chevrolet Tahoe by a witness. Deputies observed the vehicle traveling northbound on Highway 41and pull into a closed Mobil gas station.  Deputies made contact with the four occupants of the vehicle. The listed property was found in the vehicle and returned to the victims.

    Additional property including sunglasses, a Kenneth Cole watch, video game and two pocket knifes were found in the vehicle but owners were unable to be located at this time. Post miranda, the defendant admitted to being with the co-defendants during the time frame of the burglaries.
