The suspect that pepper sprayed a clerk during a business robbery at Pet Supermarket has been arrested. Christopher Lilly was arrested by Pasco County Sheriff's Office for offenses committed in Pasco County. Post miranda, Lilly admitted to the Pet Supermarket robbery. Currently, Lilly is being held in the Pasco County jail on numerous charges.

On January 3, 2017 at approximately 8:53 p.m., an unknown white male suspect entered the Pet Supermarket located at 18445 41 Highway N. The suspect demanded money and, upon the store employee asking the suspect had a weapon, the suspect pepper sprayed the employee in the face. The employee provided an undisclosed amount of cash to the suspect before the suspect exited the store and entered the driver's side of a dark four-door sedan, possibly a newer model Honda.
