Just after 2:00 a.m., on November 12, 2017, Hillsborough County deputies responded to a disturbance and discovered an unresponsive male laying in the roadway in front of 3302 Maple Mex Street in Wimauma. The victim had been shot multiple times and died as a result of the injuries he sustained. The victim has been identified as Cesar Felix, Hispanic male, 20 years of age, from Wimauma.
