HCFR Lieutenant Arrested
A botanical extractor device was found operating in the Fire Station.

Charge: FL Statute 893.13(6)(A) Possession of Controlled Substance - Cannabis Oil (Felony)
Tavoris Allen was arrested today around 3:15 p.m. and charged with possession of a controlled substance for having marijuana while trying to convert it to cannabis oil.
Detectives were called to the Hillsborough County Fire Rescue Station #26, 5302 Thonotosassa in Plant City, after someone discovered a botanical extractor device operating in the facility. Upon examination, detectives found the machine contained liquid and two marijuana plants that were being converted into homemade cannabis oil. Allen admitted that the machine and marijuana belonged to him. Allen is employed by HCFR as a Lieutenant.
