Black male, mid 30's, 6'2”, 200 lbs. Last seen wearing a blue baseball hat with “TB” on the front, blue button up shirt and black pants.
On March 27, 2018, at approximately 4:30 pm, the suspect entered the Publix located at 12024 Anderson Road and dropped off a fraudulent prescription (script). The script was from Florida Hospital of Lake Mary, and the signature was from a doctor who no longer works there. The doctor confirmed the script was fake. At 5:45 pm, the suspect returned to pick up the prescription. The suspect left the Publix without the prescription and without incident.
