Sheriff Chad Chronister is announcing the arrest of a man who is accused of making threats against the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.
On June 23, 2019, at approximately 9:00 a.m. detectives say Joshua Cramer called the Tampa Police Department and said he was upset with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. Cramer said he was out of town and was planning to blow up the Sheriff's Office Annex, in Ybor City, when he returned.
A warrant was issued for Cramer and he was arrested at his home on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 by the Tampa Police Department. Cramer is now charged with Threatening to Discharge Destructive Device.
